STEP ONE

Project Overview

The Briefing

Cactus was already a player in the local market when they sought my assistance. They found themselves amidst new competitors and aimed to expand their outreach to businesses and companies.

The issue lay in their communication, which was notably deficient. Their brand failed to convey the professionalism required for such a significant investment (solar energy), and they lacked a clear starting point.

The Challenge

Cactus Energy faced a significant challenge as a highly engaged but informationally disorganized brand. The primary hurdle was instilling an understanding of the benefits of their product and creating a foundation for persuasive copy.

The brand also required attention, and breaking away from the standard sun-themed colors of yellow and orange was essential. They aimed to demonstrate their commitment to sustainability through their unique visual identity.

STEP TWO

Objectives and Strategy

Copywriting Strategy

Constructing meaningful information involved not only the extraction of data but also creating a foundation for informed and persuasive copy. This required a step-by-step approach to ensure understanding and collaboration.

Concise Materials

Ensuring that the communication aligned with the company’s objectives, we aimed for clear and organized materials, providing clients with concise and relevant documentation for better understanding.

Design

The design phase was a meticulous process, departing from conventional solar energy imagery to create a unique visual identity. Inspired by the desert landscape and cactus, the color palette harmonized with the company’s eco-friendly ethos. The chosen fonts were carefully selected to balance creativity and professionalism. Geometric shapes, minimalistic yet abstract, illustrated objects and landscapes, adding a modern touch to the brand. The result was an identity that not only communicated efficiency but also echoed the brand’s commitment to sustainability.

Website

Transforming the website into a digital gateway involved not only conveying professionalism and service offerings but also enhancing the user experience compared to competitors in the industry. This catapulted Cactus Energy as a modern and excellent company, a transformation that was distinctly reflected in the website’s drastic performance improvement.
